Thank you for choosing Black Tie Report. Black Tie Report is owned and operated by FIVEML LTD, a Cyprus company (Reg. No. HE472719), registered at Charilaou Xylophorou 13, 4103, Agios Athanasios, Limassol, Cyprus.
Please read this agreement carefully. It governs the access and use of the Black Tie Report products and services — including indicators, educational materials, and website content — provided through (https://blacktiereport.com) and its subdomains (including blog.blacktiereport.com).
By accessing or using any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy available on our website.
1. Nature of Service
Black Tie Report provides digital tools, indicators, and educational resources for market analysis on TradingView and related platforms. These tools are designed for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations.
2. Access and Use
By subscribing or using any of our indicators or materials, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and understand the nature of speculative markets. The indicator access is granted via TradingView invite-only scripts and remains active for the duration of your paid plan or free trial.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of access to any Black Tie Report product is strictly prohibited.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are managed securely through Whop.com. Payment terms, free trials, and renewals are displayed on the product page (Black Tie Report Framework Pro).
The user may cancel the subscription at any time through Whop. Access will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided once the billing cycle has started, except where required by applicable law.
4. Disclaimer
All information, content, and tools offered under Black Tie Report are provided “as is.” FIVEML LTD and its representatives make no warranties or guarantees of profitability, performance, or accuracy.
Markets are inherently risky. By using our tools, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and that you use the indicator at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall FIVEML LTD be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — resulting from the use or inability to use the indicator, website, or related services. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds, opportunity, or data.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, source code, indicators, and written materials related to Black Tie Report are the exclusive property of FIVEML LTD. Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
